Privacy policy

You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Account, or on our Delete your account page. First you move your money out of your wallets, or keep their keys.

We then delete your email address, password, sign-ins on every device, settings, bot setups, saved recipients, notifications, connected API keys, and the keys of your wallets that we hold. Deletion happens 7 days after you ask, so you can change your mind. We email you when you ask and when it's done.

We keep records of your trades, positions, transfers and fees, and security records without IP addresses or device details, for 7 years. Laws on tax, accounting and money laundering require it, and the records help us prevent fraud and settle disputes.

These records are no longer linked to your email. They stay linked to your wallets' public addresses, which are public on the Solana blockchain anyway. Copies in our backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Transactions on Solana are public and permanent. Deleting your account doesn't change them, and nobody can.
